ArtistCanva Refund Policy

 

At ArtistCanva, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with our services. We understand, however, that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines our approach to refunds for the various services we offer.




1. General Terms

 

1.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

1.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 

1.3. Refund processing time may take up to 10 business days from the approval date.




2. Graphic Design Services

 

2.1. Full refunds will be issued if the initial design concepts have not been delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.

 

2.2. If initial design concepts are provided and the client is not satisfied, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued after deducting the time and resources spent.

 

2.3. No refunds will be issued after the final design has been approved and delivered.




3. Branding Services

 

3.1. Full refunds are available if no branding concepts or strategies have been delivered.

 

3.2. Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be provided if the client is dissatisfied with the initial branding concepts, subject to the work already completed. 

 

3.3. No refunds will be issued after the final branding assets have been approved and delivered.




4. Social Media Post Design

 

4.1. Full refunds are available if no design work has been started. 

 

4.2. If design drafts have been provided and the client is not satisfied, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued. 

 

4.3. No refunds will be issued once final social media posts have been approved and delivered.




5. 3D Production Services

 

5.1. Full refunds will be provided if no 3D modeling or production work has begun.

 

5.2. Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued if the client is not satisfied with the initial stages of production, taking into account the work already completed.

 

5.3. No refunds will be issued once the final 3D models or productions have been approved and delivered.




6. Video Production Services

 

6.1. Full refunds are available if no video production work has been initiated.

 

6.2. Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be provided if the client is not satisfied with the initial video drafts, depending on the progress made. 6.3. No refunds will be issued once the final video has been approved and delivered.




7. Exceptional Circumstances

 

7.1. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen personal hardships or errors on our part, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
